Alarm System

The alarm system is a high-end, fully modular and flexible security system. We allow you to install a complete and high-end system or start your installation with a simple alarm connected to your front door which can then be upgraded to have a complete burglar-proof installation. The component of alarm systems that detects activity is called a sensor. Here are some common types of sensors that can be used to protect your home.

Protect your home with authorized safe and secure personal access

  • Door and window contacts are switches that indicate the opening or closing of a door or window. The switch is mounted on a door or window and is held closed by a magnet attached to the frame. When the door or window moves away from the magnet, the switch opens and it is detected by the alarm control panel.
  • Motion sensors can detect movement or movement in a large room.
  • Shock detectors can detect an intruder using force to strike a wall, roof, or other area of the structure.
  • Panic buttons send an immediate, discreet call for help at the push of a button.
  • Environmental sensors respond to the presence of water or to sudden increases or decreases in ambient temperature.
  • A keypad is a device used to arm and disarm an alarm system. Keypads are usually installed near the entrance or exit of the house. If a door or window is opened when the system is activated, the keypad immediately triggers an alarm.

What is the alarm system ?

A security alarm is a system designed to detect an intrusion – unauthorized entry – into a building or other area such as a home or school. Security alarms are used in residential, commercial, industrial and military properties for protection against burglary (theft) or property damage, as well as for personal protection against intruders. Security alarms in residential areas show a correlation with a decrease in theft. Car alarms also help protect vehicles and their contents. Prisons also use security systems to control inmates.

Some alarm systems serve a single purpose of burglary protection; Combination systems provide both fire and intrusion protection. Intrusion alarm systems can also be combined with Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance systems to automatically record intruder activities, and can interface with access control systems for doors to electric lock. Systems range from small, stand-alone noise makers to complex, multirally systems with computer monitoring and control. It can even include a two-way voice that allows communication between the panel and the monitoring station.
